What is the Transaction Policy?

The transaction is completed on the site using a secure connection, the service is provided through Paypal.  You are not required to have, nor do you need to obtain a Paypal account.

"Blessed Hands" will show on your debit or credit card statement.  Two (2) transactions will appear: 1.) product price and sales tax minus any discounts when applicable. 2.) Shipping fee, $15 Flat Rate.  Blessed Hands is a sponsoring partner of Healing Kreations.

If for any reason that a technical issue arises through processing Paypal transactions, Healing Kreations will accept offline payments via Cashapp at $KelvinBradley33 in order to complete the transaction.

What is the Shipping Policy

Healing Kreations ships to locations in the U.S., Canada, and international countries. Countries serviced are subject to change without advance notice. Due to international restrictions on herbal products or dietary supplements, there may be issues completing the shipment to an international destination.  Please use the submission form on the Contact Us page if for whatever reason your delivery destination is not available, but you are still interested in purchasing our products.  Please indicate in the subject line the destination country and a Healing Kreations staff member will respond within 24-48hours.

We are experiencing shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There may be a delay to process your order. We ask for your patience as we take extra precautionary measures to keep you and our staff safe.

All deliveries will receive a tracking number in a separate email. Please make sure you check your SPAM or Junk email folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Upon receipt, you will be able to track your order from the carrier's website and turn on SMS notification. You may be subject to SMS charges depending on your phone carrier's plan.

We may change this Shipping Policy as deemed necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted under this FAQ.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Review your order for accuracy before you complete the checkout process.

A product exchange can be made within 24hours of placing the order, must be the same value.  If the value is greater, an updated invoice or new invoice will be provided for the difference.  Please use the submission form on the Contact Us page if you qualify for an exchange.

After 24hours of placing the order, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What is the Refund Policy?

Review your order for accuracy.  Once the transaction is completed in Paypal, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Healing Kreations ensures your order has been packaged to the shipping carrier's specifications.  In the event that your order arrives damaged or lost and the shipping address is correct, please email us within 7days of receipt of the order at healingkreationsllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Be very careful when typing in your shipping address or information.  If it is typed incorrectly and it causes issues with the delivery, we will not refund or reship for lost or misdelivered packages.

What if I need a product that is not listed?

Please inquire anyway if a product is not listed on our website, we may still be able to help. Inventory is constantly changing. As soon as the product is in stock, it may just as quickly leave the shelves, or the demand is severely low that a business decision may have been made to discontinue the product. Whatever the situation, please use the submission form on the contact us page.
